Throwback to when my bestie and I had lunch at Chapter One. We picked the smoked Norwegian salmon as our appetizer and boy were we so glad! It was super flavorful and fresh, perfect with the cream cheese dill sauce and salad.
My berry iced tea on the other hand was a disappointment. Too strong and I had to dilute it multiple times with dollops of ice cubes. Not thrilled!
